Lifting heavy loads is one of the most demanding activities for the human body—whether in the gym, on the job, or during daily life. Inefficient mechanics, mobility limitations, or unnoticed weaknesses can all contribute to decreased performance and increased injury risk.

Our Lifting Assessment Package is designed for individuals who lift weights, perform manual labor, or want to enhance lifting performance while minimizing the risk of injury. This 75–90 minute assessment provides a detailed breakdown of your movement, strength, and mechanics so you can lift with confidence, efficiency, and reduced risk.

What’s Included

Lifting Mechanics Evaluation
(30 mins)
  • Video analysis with slow-motion breakdown
  • Technique assessment on major lifts:

> Deadlift

(conventional, sumo, or hex-bar)

> Squat

(bodyweight, goblet, or barbell)

> Pressing

(overhead and/or bench)

Strength & Control Testing
(15-30 MINS)
  • Lifting technique corrections
  • Mobility and activation drills
  • Return-to-lifting timeline (if post-injury)
  • Optional referral to strength coach if needed
  • Written findings with annotated video screenshots
Movement Screening
(30 mins)
  • Overhead squat test
  • Single-leg balance and control
  • Thoracic spine, hip, and ankle mobility testing
  • Functional Movement Screen (FMS) or SPMA-based screening
