Our Lifting Assessment Package is designed for individuals who lift weights, perform manual labor, or want to enhance lifting performance while minimizing the risk of injury. This 75–90 minute assessment provides a detailed breakdown of your movement, strength, and mechanics so you can lift with confidence, efficiency, and reduced risk.
